We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve added the first wave of several new EDC® MERCED™ AI features within our EDC® software solutions, marking another leap forward for our customers in the functionality and security they’ve come to rely on from EDC®.

These enhancements build upon EDC®’s MERCED™ AI, which keeps users’ data and interactions secure and private, unlike public AIs that gather and analyze your data and apply what they learn from your data to their interactions and answers with other companies. • Speech-to-Text with multilingual support: Dictate prompts for action, or speak with MERCED™ and have the dictated text translated into a variety of languages. This feature is particularly beneficial for companies working across multiple regions, enabling quick, accurate communication with international partners and customers


• And more! MERCED™ will summarize long notes or conversations, create email templates, draft memos and replies, and more!
